District Council, Rahim Yar Khan invites sealed bids under the ADP Programme (2026-27, 2nd Bi-Annual) for reconstruction of roads, tuff tiles and laying of sewerage lines. Eligible registered contractors/firms with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for 2026-27 and registered on the Punjab e‑procurement portal may submit bids via Punjab e‑procurement in single stage – two envelope procedure.
Key requirements: bidders must be registered with PEC and the Punjab procurement/PPRA portal; earnest money in the form of CDR equal to 5% of the estimated cost in favor of District Council Rahim Yar Khan must be submitted; financial bids will be opened only for technically qualified firms.
