M/s Xpert Engineering Pvt. Ltd. will hold an open auction for HVAC equipment (including a boiler) in working condition on Wednesday, 30 September 2026 at 09:00 hours. Venue: M/s Xpert Engineering Pvt. Ltd., opposite ESME College, near Golra More, Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi.

Participation and payment instructions:
- Bring original and photocopy of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
- Deposit a refundable token amount of Rs. 1,000,000 via Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favor of Director Finance, M/s Xpert Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Rawalpindi, before commencement of the auction.
- Successful bidder must deposit 25% of the final bid as earnest money within two days, and the remaining 75% within seven working days of the auction into the bank account indicated in the payment schedule.
- If payment deadlines are not met, deposited amounts will be confiscated.
- Successful bidder is fully responsible for dismantling and lifting the auctioned equipment within the required time after confirmation of full payment.
- General Sales Tax and Income Tax for filers and non-filers will be levied according to Government of Pakistan rules.
- The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without giving a reason.
