An open auction of serviceable and unserviceable stores / scrap will be held on 2026-09-30 at 09:00 hours at M/s Xpert Engineering Pvt. Ltd, opposite E&ME College, near Golra Mor, Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi.
Registration requirements and payments:
- All participants must bring original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
- Deposit a Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR of Rs 1,000,000 as token money (refundable) in favour of Director Finance, M/s Xpert Engineering Pvt. Ltd, Rawalpindi before commencement of the auction.
- Successful bidder must deposit 25% of the final bid as earnest money within two days and the remaining 75% within seven working days of the auction into the bank account as per the payment schedule; failure to comply will result in forfeiture of deposited amounts.
- On confirmation of full payment, auctioned items must be lifted within fifteen working days.
- General Sales Tax and Income Tax for filers and non-filer firms/bidders will be levied according to prevailing Government of Pakistan rules.
- The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without giving reasons.
