Issuer: M/s Xpert Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Rawalpindi. Open auction of HVAC equipment (boiler) in working condition (as and where it is).
Auction date & time: 2026-09-30 at 09:00 hours. Venue: M/s Xpert Engineering Pvt. Ltd., opposite ESME College, near Golra Mor, Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi.
Participation requirements and payment:
- Bring original and photocopy of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
- Deposit a Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR of Rs. 1,000,000/- in favour of Director Finance, M/s Xpert Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Rawalpindi as refundable token money before commencement of the auction.
- Successful bidder must deposit 25% of the final bid as earnest money within two days and the remaining 75% within seven working days of the auction into the bank account mentioned in the payment schedule.
- Successful bidder is fully responsible for dismantling and lifting the equipment within the allowed time after confirmation of full payment.
- General Sales Tax and Income Tax for filer and non-filer firms/bidders will be levied according to prevailing Government of Pakistan rules.
- The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without giving a reason.
