Issuer: District Council Chakwal. Sealed/electronic bids are invited through the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) from contractors registered on E-PADS for the year 2026-27 and MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Key instructions: bidding documents containing terms and conditions can be downloaded free from the Punjab e-procurement portal. Bids must be submitted online via the E-P System by the stated deadline and be accompanied by bid security of 5% in favor of District Council Chakwal. Bid security must be submitted through the E-P system by or before 11:00 AM on the closing date; late submission will result in cancellation of the bid. Where the lowest quoted rate is below the estimated cost, the lowest bidder shall deposit an additional performance security of 10% as per Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules 2017. The successful contractor must execute the agreement on stamp paper of value prescribed by Government within seven days of issuance of the Work Order. Non-responsive, non-readable, corrupted, virus-infected, non-signed, or non-stamped bids shall be rejected.
