Key instructions & eligibility: Bidding Documents (BSD) including Bidding/Contract Data, Bill of Quantities, Basic Eligibility Criteria, Technical & Financial Bid Evaluation Criteria are available on EPADS (ep.goprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted/uploaded online (technical & financial) through EPADS by the specified deadline. Original bid securities and related documents must be submitted physically in the office of the undersigned before the deadline. Uploaded bids will be opened on EPADS on the scheduled date and time; bidders or their representatives may attend the technical bid opening. Bids with incomplete/conditional documents or without required securities shall be considered non-responsive.
Other conditions: Applicable KP-PPRA rules and Provincial Government guidelines apply. Contractors must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active status. Clarifications, if required, may be obtained through EPADS.
