Bidding instructions: Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0; manual or hardcopy bids will not be accepted. Bidders must be registered on EPADS (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/). Bid security must accompany all bids as described in the bidding document (in the form of Pay Order / CDR / Demand Draft where applicable). Bidders should consult the bidding documents on EPADS, PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk), and Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) website (www.pakrangers.punjab.gov.pk).
Submission and opening: Submit e-bids on EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-10-26 01:00 PM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM.
