Issuer: Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination — Pakistan Sports Board (PSB). PSB Islamabad invites applications through ePADS from reputed contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (P.E.C.) for the revamping and refurbishment of different facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad (supply, installation, testing and commissioning of heating, ventilation and air conditioning for Amir Khan Boxing Academy and Hamidi Hall).

Bidding documents can be downloaded and uploaded from http://eprocure.gov.pk. The notice is also available on PSB's website (www.sports.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Applications and proposals must be submitted through ePADS with complete information, technical and financial proposals in accordance with bidding instructions; manual submissions will not be entertained.
Key mandatory conditions include: firms must meet evaluation criteria in the bidding documents; provide valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax registration and ATL; submit an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper attesting firm is not blacklisted; bid security/earnest money in the form of bank draft/pay order/CDR issued from the firm’s bank account in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad; upload one copy of the technical proposal (hard copy of technical proposal as uploaded on ePADS must be submitted); scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal and original submitted before the closing time; pre-bid meeting scheduled for 2026-10-08 at 10:30 hours.
