Issuer: Military Lands & Cantonments Department, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board. Procurement method: Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure through E-PADS V2.0.
Purpose: Electronic bids are invited from reputable, experienced and eligible firms/contractors for original works to be executed during Financial Year 2026–2027. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category, registered with Federal Board of Revenue and appear on the Active Taxpayers List.
Availability & submission: Bidding documents will be available exclusively on the PPRA and E-PADS V2.0 portals. E-bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS V2.0 on or before 2026-10-22 at 13:00; bids will be opened the same day at 13:30.
Earnest money: 2% of the estimated cost in the shape of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by any scheduled bank in favour of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board. A scanned copy of the CDR must be uploaded with the e-bid; the original CDR must be submitted prior to opening of technical bids.
