Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination) invites tenders through EPADS from reputed contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (P.E.C.) for the revamping and refurbishment of different facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad. Bids will be processed under Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure (separate Technical and Price bids).

Submission instructions and documents: Tender documents can be downloaded and uploaded from eprocure.gov.pk. Tender notice and details are also available on Pakistan Sports Board website (www.sports.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Applications and financial proposals must be submitted through EPADS along with complete information including technical documents and financial proposals in accordance with bidding instructions. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
Mandatory conditions include:
• Firm must meet evaluation criteria in bidding documents and provide proof of valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax registration and active ATL status.
• Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper declaring the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.
• Bid security/earnest money in the form of bank draft/pay order/CDR issued from a bank account in favor of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.
• One copy of technical proposal (not financial) must be uploaded on EPADS; original bid security and other required originals must be submitted to the undersigned before closing date/time.
