Military Engineer Services (CMES Navy), COMCOAST Office at PNS Karsaz, Karachi invites applications for pre-qualification and submission of tenders for multiple supply and construction-related works. Pre-qualification applications must be received by 2026-10-19 at 1500 hours. Tender documents (for pre-qualified firms) must be submitted by 1130 hours on 2026-10-26; tenders will be opened at 1200 hours on 2026-10-26.

Eligibility and submission requirements:
- Firms on the approved list 'D' of MES or other government department contractors with relevant experience may apply.
- Contractors must furnish valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration certificate and a bank statement.
- Contractors not on MES approved lists must provide proof of being on an appropriate departmental list, financial standing with bank certificate, details of staff, tools and plants, and previous experience with details of works executed in the last two years and works in hand. Such documents must be attested by a Class-I Gazetted Officer.
- Contractors not on MES approved list, or those suspended for non-deposit of enhanced standing security, must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of FDR, Deposit at Call, etc., pledged in favor of CMES (Navy) COMCOAST. This earnest money is refundable if the contractor is not pre-qualified or does not secure the contract.
- Applicants must submit the prescribed proforma detailing past and ongoing work, amounts, time allowed, completion dates, progress percentage and departmental performance certificates; failure to provide the proforma will disqualify the applicant from issue of tender documents.
