Mandatory conditions include submission of technical information and financial proposals as required; proof of valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax registration and firm on ATL; affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming firm is not blacklisted; bid security in the form of bank draft/pay order/CDR in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad; and uploading the bid security scan with the technical proposal on EPADS. Price bids of ineligible bidders will be returned unopened. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA Rules 2004.
