Submission deadline: Tenders must be received by the Accepting Officer by 11:30 Hrs on 19 Oct 2026; tenders will be opened at 12:00 Hrs on the same date.
Eligibility and conditions:
- Contractors must submit applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials as shown at (Serial 9); applications will be scrutinized and tender documents issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience.
- Contractors must certify they are registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
- Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience should apply.
- Contractors must provide a certificate stating they are not involved in any litigation with a government department and that no special report of the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.
- Contractors may be present at the time of opening of tenders. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; rejected tenders will be handled per Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules.
