Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Renovation & Upgradation of Multipurpose Hall, PSB Coaching Centre Karachi

Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination) invites bids through EPADS from contracting firms on MES Schedule of Rates‑2025 on percentage basis for the following project:

Applications/bids must be submitted via EPADS-2.0 and bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant codes and categories. Tender documents may be downloaded from eprocure.gov.pk; the notice is also available on the Pakistan Sports Board website www.sports.gov.pk and the PPRA website.

Key submission requirements and conditions:

• Audit reports for the last three years audited by a firm of Chartered Accountants.
• Income tax returns for the last three years.
• Details/proof of National Tax Number (NTN) and registration on ATL.
• Affidavit on judicial stamp paper (duly notarized) that the firm has not been blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.
• Bid security/earnest money shall be submitted in the form of bank draft, pay order or CDR in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.
• One copy of the technical proposal (not financial) in hard form as uploaded on EPADS must be submitted; in case of differences, documents/information in the downloaded proposal shall prevail.
• Scan of the bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal; the original must be submitted before the closing date and time, otherwise the bid will be considered non‑responsive.
• The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule‑33 of PPRA Rules, 2004.
