Auction date & time: 2026-09-30 at 6900 hours. Venue: M/S Xpert Engineering Pvt. Ltd, opposite ESME College, near Golra Mor, Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi.

Participation requirements: All interested participants must bring original and photocopy of Computerized National Identity Card and deposit a Bank Draft/Pay Order/COR of Rs. 1,000,000/- in favor of Director Finance, M/s Xpert Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Rawalpindi as token money (refundable) before commencement of the auction.
Payment terms for successful bidder: deposit 25% of final bid as earnest money within two days and balance 75% of final bid within seven working days of the auction into the bank account as mentioned in the payment schedule. If these conditions are not met, deposited money will be confiscated.
Removal & lifting: Successful bidder is fully responsible for dismantling the HVAC equipment. On confirmation of deposit of complete bid amount, successful bidder must lift the auctioned items within the due time.
Taxes: General Sales Tax and Income Tax for filer and non-filer firm/bidder will be levied according to prevailing rules of the Government of Pakistan.
The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without giving any reason.
