Invitation for Bids — Procurement of Examination Stationery (IFB No. 04-2026-ES) — BISE Peshawar

Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) Peshawar invites sealed bids through the E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) from eligible bidders for procurement of examination stationery (answer books, certificates, etc.) under a framework contract. IFB issued on 22-Sep-2026 by Secretary, BISE Peshawar.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs) are available on the E-PADS portal (https://kpprocure.gov.pk) under "Active Tenders", and on BISE Peshawar (www.bisep.edu.pk) and KPPRA (www.kppra.gov.pk) websites during the closing date and time of bid submission.

- Only bidders registered on the E-PADS system and registered with relevant tax authorities (FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List will be eligible to participate.

- All bids, along with required supporting documents, must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS using the Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure. No hard copies will be accepted.

- Original bid security must be submitted separately in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the tender number and title; failure to submit original bid security within the prescribed time will render the bidder non-responsive and may result in forfeiture and debarrment as per KPPRA rules.

- Bidders should carefully read the BSDs for eligibility, evaluation criteria, terms and conditions, and other requirements. Clarifications, if any, should be made in writing through the E-PADS system within the specified time.

- Technical bids will be opened at the announced date/time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. BISE Peshawar reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to annul the procurement process in accordance with KPPRA rules.
