Issuing authority: Executive Engineer, Malakand Irrigation Division, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Irrigation Department. E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) single-stage single-envelope e-bidding is invited from approved contractors registered with KPRA and holding a valid PEC license for the current financial year (2026-27) in the relevant category and specialization codes.
