Submission and eligibility notes:
- Duly filled and signed original postal ballot must be sent to the Chairman at the business address above or a scanned copy emailed to [email protected]. Postal ballots must reach the Chairman on or before October 21, 2026 during working hours; any received after this date will not be considered.
- A copy of CNIC/Passport (for foreigners) must be enclosed with the postal ballot. Signature on the postal ballot must match the CNIC/Passport signature. In case of corporate representatives, the postal ballot must be accompanied by a copy of CNIC of the authorized person and a duly attested copy of Board Resolution, Power of Attorney, or Authorization Letter as applicable; documents must be attested by the Counsel General of Pakistan for foreign corporate members.
- Number of votes a member may cast equals the number of shares held multiplied by the number of directors to be elected (i.e., shares held × 7).
- Scrutineer: M/s. BDO Ebrahim & Co. Chartered Accountants appointed as Scrutinizer for the election process.
