Submission / Opening: Tenders must be received by the Accepting Officer by 11:30 Hrs on 2026-11-06 and will be opened at 12:00 Hrs on the same date.
Eligibility & Conditions: Contractors must submit applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials (as referenced at serial 9). Contractors shall provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with a Government department and that no special report of the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch, GHQ) is outstanding. All contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration; unregistered contractors are ineligible. Only contractors on the approved list of MES in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience should apply. Contractors may be present at tender opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders (rejections dealt with as per Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules).
