Jinnah Medical Construction Company (JMC), Ministry of National Health Services, Islamabad, invites applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer on a contract basis (up to three years or till completion of the JMC&RC project) on a market-based/industry-competitive package.

Higher qualifications preferred. | Minimum 25 years professional experience including 10 years in senior executive leadership and 3 years in major infrastructure/development projects. Proven record delivering mega-projects (preferably projects worth PKR 100 billion or above). Experience as CEO or senior management in commercially oriented organizations; international/multilateral financial institution experience preferred. Key skills: strategic leadership, mega-project delivery, corporate governance, procurement, contract & financial management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement and organizational leadership. |
Other conditions: Age will be calculated as of closing date. Government servants must apply through proper channel. Shortlisting and selection based on merit. Successful appointment will comply with State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act 2023 and related guidelines. No TA/DA admissible.
