| Educational / Professional Qualification | Minimum graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution. First-class Bachelor's or a Master's degree preferred, ideally in Finance, Economics or Statistics. Relevant professional certifications will be preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 2 years of experience in a bank or financial institution, including at least 1 year in Internal Audit and/or Internal Controls and/or Quality Assurance. Exposure to operational risk is preferred. |
| Key Skills & Responsibilities | Analytical aptitude for quantitative analysis; knowledge of risk, controls and regulatory requirements; strong communication, written and presentation skills. Duties include supporting risk‑based sample selection for RCSA and QA reviews, evidence collection and testing, documentation and reporting of exceptions, performing QA checks of RCSA and operational loss data, analysing data exceptions/trends, maintaining QA records, preparing dashboards and management reports, coordinating with business units and following approved QA methodology. |
