National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the position of Quality Assurance Analyst in Operational Risk Management. The role reports to the Manager Quality Assurance — Operational Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management, and is based in Karachi.

| Education | Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a HEC-recognized local or international university/college. First-class Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably Finance, Economics or Statistics) and relevant professional certifications preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 2 years' experience in a bank or financial institution, including at least 1 year in Internal Audit, Internal Controls or Quality Assurance. Exposure to operational risk preferred. |
| Key Skills & Responsibilities | Analytical and quantitative aptitude; knowledge of risk, controls and regulatory requirements; strong written and presentation skills. Responsibilities include supporting risk-based sample selection for RCSA and ORM QA reviews, collecting and reviewing self-testing evidence, performing control tests, documenting exceptions, validating RCSA/KRI/operational loss data, analyzing anomalies, maintaining QA records and dashboards, coordinating with business/support units and preparing management reports. |
| Employment Type | Contractual (three years, renewable at management discretion). Compensation and benefits as per Bank policy. |
| Assessment | Only shortlisted candidates meeting eligibility will be invited for test and/or panel interview. No TA/DA for test/interview. |
