Military Engineer Service — Notice of Tender (Misc/E-4/03-26)

Issuer: Military Engineer Service (Office of DG W&CE, Army). Tender reference: Misc/E-4/03-26. Sealed tenders are invited for multiple civil, electrical and mechanical works across MES locations.

Scope: Multiple projects including improvement/repair of power/HT/LT panels and distribution, water supply networks and mains, installation/upgrade of solar power systems and solar interlinking, water pumps and tube wells, street lighting, upgradation of sewage/drainage and sewerage works, security and perimeter works, provision/upgradation of sub-stations and electrical switchgear, miscellaneous EMS services including overhead/underground utilities and external services.

Eligibility and submission instructions: Applicants must submit requests for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials and enlistment evidence. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and hold appropriate MES enlistment/category for the work. Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes and will be received in the issuing office by 1130 hours; opening will take place at 1200 hours on the same day. Required supporting documents include firm credentials, proof of enlistment/registration and relevant experience.
