Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department, Highway Division Bannu invites electronic bids on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) under KPPRA Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for the construction work listed below. Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) and Instructions to Bidders are available on the EPADS portal or from the office on any working day for a cost of Rs. 3,000.
Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS system. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in hard form in a sealed envelope marked "Bid Security." The non-refundable Tender Entry Fee (in cash or CDR) plus an affidavit regarding placement of bid security must be submitted in a distinct sealed envelope marked "Tender Entry Fee & Affidavit." Both envelopes must be delivered to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Highway Division Bannu on or before closing hours.
