National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Wing Head — Leadership Development (VP / SVP) based in Karachi. The role reports to the Divisional Head — Capability, Culture & Corporate Impact and is offered on a contractual basis for three years (renewable at management discretion).

| Minimum Qualification | Minimum graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institute. Master's degree and other professional certifications preferred. |
| Experience & Skills | Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Leadership Development and/or Human Resources. Experience developing leadership training programs preferred. Strong understanding of leadership programs and market trends, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). |
| Assessment | Only shortlisted candidates meeting the basic eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interview(s). |

Key responsibilities include: initiating and leading leadership programs aligned with Bank strategy; proposing and assessing leadership programs; preparing in-house development programs and working with external vendors; evaluating and updating course materials; collaborating with Group Chiefs and Managers to develop leadership capability and succession plans; designing competency-based assessment centers; preparing development plans for high-potential and critical staff; communicating development initiatives; preparing dashboards and presentations; and overseeing the leadership program budget.
