Method of Procurement: Single Stage – Two Envelope (Rule 46(2)). Bidding documents are available and must be submitted online through the SPPRA EPADS portal. The EPADS portal and the university website (www.aror.edu.pk) provide the schedule and bidding documents. Required bid security and non-refundable tender processing fee should be submitted in favor of "Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design, and Heritage, Sukkur." Separate bids require separate bid security and processing fees.
Bids will be rejected if technical bid is not accompanied by bid security & non-refundable processing fee, or if bids lack required signature & stamp, or if submitted outside the SPPRA EPADS portal, or submitted without required technical documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010.
