Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) invites applications for the position of Manager (Legal). The role requires an experienced legal professional with strong background in corporate and shipping law and related matters.

| Minimum Qualification | LLB (or preferably LLM) from an institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Foreign qualifications acceptable if HEC-recognized. |
| Experience | Minimum professional standing of 10 years. Experience in corporate law, public procurement, tax, civil and service matters; industrial relations and trade union matters. Preference for candidates with knowledge/experience in shipping laws, admiralty jurisdiction, Merchant Shipping laws, MLC-2006, SOLAS, STCW, law of the sea, arbitration, ship arrest, sale/purchase and handling legal matters related to shipping and maritime authorities. |
| Age Limit | Up to 55 years (merit-based age relaxation may be considered in light of relevant industry experience). |
| Terms | Initial contract appointment for two years, extendable by mutual consent. Market-based remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience. |
