Other terms: Bids submitted through the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject all bids and annul the bidding process in accordance with Clause 33(1) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
