National Grid invites e-bids under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure (National Competitive Bidding) for civil works for the Repair and Maintenance of the Office of Chief Engineer A.M (South) located at NTPS Colony, T.M. Khan Road, Hyderabad.

Bidding documents and detailed instructions are available on EPADS v2.0 (https://www.epads.gov.pk/) and the National Grid and PPRA websites. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council with a valid license, registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and the relevant Provincial Revenue Authority/Board, and be on the Active Taxpayer List.

Bid Security: Must accompany e-bids in the amount shown above. Acceptable forms are CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of Executive Engineer Civil Division GSO (S) NTDC, Hyderabad, valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity date. Bidders must upload a scanned copy of the Bid Security on EPADS v2.0 and submit the original (hard copy) before the e-bid closing deadline; failure to provide the original will result in rejection of the e-bid.

Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 only on or before 2026-11-16 at 11:00 am. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

Other conditions: Bidders must quote for the complete scope of work; partial bids will be rejected. All bidders must fill in the checklist as per the Instructions to Bidders. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject all bids and annul the bidding process in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
