The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), Regional Head Office (RHO) Lahore invites sealed e-bids for hiring rental buildings to be used as NADRA Registration Centers in specified locations. Interested firms/companies/owners must register on the EPADS portal and submit proposals per the instructions and schedule below.

Key instructions and conditions:
- Tender documents including detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available on the EPADS portal: https://epads.gov.pk. Interested applicants must register on EPADS to participate.
- Submit e-bids on EPADS on or before 2022-11-10 by 11:00 hrs; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hrs. Manual bids will not be accepted.
- An original refundable bid security of Rs. 10,000 in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of NADRA Regional Head Office Lahore must be submitted in hard copy as specified in the tender documents.
- In case the last date falls on a public holiday, the submission deadline will be the next working day. No brokerage/service charges will be paid to real estate agents.
- The competent authority may reject any or all proposals as per applicable procurement rules. Selected buildings must produce acceptable property and related documents as required.
