National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Branch Manager (AVP) in its Aiteamal Islamic Banking division. The Bank seeks experienced, qualified professionals to manage branch operations, grow Islamic banking business, ensure regulatory compliance and deliver customer-focused services.

| Educational / Professional Qualification | Minimum graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institute. Candidates with Commerce graduation, Islamic Banking certification, or relevant degree/diploma preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 6 years' experience in branch banking, including at least 3 years as a Branch Manager; experience in Islamic Banking preferred. |
| Key Skills & Expertise | Sound knowledge of branch banking operations and Islamic banking products; understanding of AML/CFT and SBP prudential regulations; business development, branch management, audit and compliance awareness; customer service, sales and leadership skills; excellent communication and analytical skills. |
| Main Duties & Responsibilities | Overall management of branch operations and staff; achieve business targets and KPIs; customer acquisition (including NTB customers), deposits and liability management; promotion of Islamic banking products; ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations and internal SOPs; review and monitor credit portfolio; training and development of staff; maintain branch records and documentation; prepare periodic reports and implement corrective actions as required. |
| Assessment & Interviews | Only shortlisted candidates meeting the basic eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interviews. |
| Employment Type & Terms | Contractual basis for three years, may be renewed at Management’s discretion. Selected candidates will receive a compensation package and other benefits as per Bank policy. TA/DA not admissible for interview. |
