| Experience | Minimum 6 years in IT; at least 3 years in systems administration (experience in banks preferred). Hands-on experience with MS Exchange (2019 and higher) and Office 365 required. |
| Key skills & expertise | Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory administration; Outlook Web App, POP3, SMTP, IMAP4; TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, LDAP; web proxy and security appliances (e.g., Sophos, Barracuda); virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware); PowerShell scripting; messaging security, anti-virus, backups, monitoring, disaster recovery and capacity planning. |
| Core responsibilities | Install, configure, administer and manage large deployments of Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server and Active Directory; troubleshoot messaging and mail-flow issues; implement security, patching and disaster recovery procedures; monitor server performance and backups; implement policies for secure and resilient messaging services; coordinate with vendors and stakeholders; perform capacity planning and automation to optimize operations. |
