Sheikhupura District Court Tender for Off-Grid Solar Systems 2026-2027

The District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhupura invites electronic bids for the installation of off-grid solar systems under Tender Notice No. 01/2026-2027. Eligible firms must have relevant experience and registration with the applicable income tax, sales tax, professional tax, Punjab Revenue Authority and Pakistan Engineering Council authorities for 2026-2027.

Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 16 November 2026 at 10:00 AM. Opening is scheduled for the same date and time; if it is a public holiday, opening will take place on the next working day. Bidding documents are available through the Punjab E-Procurement System, PPRA and the court website.

The procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted online through a Payment Slip ID in favour of the District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhupura before the deadline. Quoted rates must include all applicable taxes and remain valid for 180 days.

The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract value within 15 days of signing the contract. Bidders must be registered as active income tax, sales tax and provincial sales tax taxpayers and submit a non-judicial stamp-paper affidavit concerning litigation or litigation submission history for the last 10 years. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject bids in accordance with prevailing rules and regulations.
