The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), Ministry of Commerce, invites bids for event management services for FoodAg Pakistan 2026 at the Karachi Expo Centre. The services support the exhibition and associated business-to-business activities.
Eligible event management firms registered with FBR and SECP may participate through the e-PADS procurement system. Bids must be submitted by 9 February 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
The tender document fee is Rs. 1,000, payable through a non-refundable pay order in favour of TDAP. Bid security of Rs. 50,000 is required. Bids must remain valid for 30 days.
