Provincial B&R Turbat Tender for Office and Residence Construction at Hoshap, Kech

The Executive Engineer, Provincial B&R Turbat, invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for construction work under the 2026 programme. Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.

Bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's electronic procurement system and must have active taxpayer status. Eligibility requirements include completion of two similar assignments worth at least PKR 23,448,272 during the last three years, the required financial capacity, and Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-5 or above with relevant specialization codes CE-01 and CE-09.

The procurement will use the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Bid security must be submitted as a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank in favour of the undersigned.

Complete bidding documents are available at www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically by 17 November 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM at the Executive Engineer's office, Provincial B&R, District Turbat.
