Pakistan Academy for Rural Development Peshawar Tender for Repairs and Procurement

Pakistan Academy for Rural Development, National Institute of Public Administration and Pakistan Provincial Services Academy, Peshawar, invite sealed bids from reputed firms, repair workshops and vendors registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax departments. Bidders must have sufficient managerial, technical and financial capacity and at least five years of relevant experience.

Bids must include security equal to 2% of the total estimated or quoted value, in the form of a CDR or pay order pledged in favour of the Director General, Pakistan Academy for Rural Development, Peshawar. Procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules 2014. Proposals will be opened at 2:00 p.m. on the submission day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Rates must include all applicable taxes. Suppliers must quote new items, machinery and IT-related goods, and IT items require a warranty.
