Urban Planning Quetta Tender for Solar Water Supply Schemes and Local Bores in PB-48

The Executive Engineer, Urban Planning and Development Department, Quetta Division, invites electronic bids from eligible contractors and firms for the construction of solar water supply schemes and local bores in PB-48. The estimated project cost is Rs. 90,000,000, based on the Government of Balochistan Composite Schedule of Rates 2026.

Applicants must hold renewed registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence for 2026 in Category C-4 or above, with the relevant specialized code. Valid income tax and sales tax registrations, active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue, the required turnover for the last three years, and experience of three similar completed projects are required.

Procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure under the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014, as amended. Bidding documents are available through the BPPRA website at www.bppra.org.pk. A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 3,500 must be deposited under account head C-03870 through a green challan at the National Bank of Pakistan. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost must accompany the bid in the form of a call deposit or bank guarantee.

Submit bids electronically through the EPPS system by 9:00 AM on 13 November 2026. Physical bids are not required. Tenders will open through EPPS at 10:00 AM on the same day.
