District Council Faisalabad Annual Works Tenders 2026–27

District Council Faisalabad invites electronic bids from eligible, experienced, financially sound and tax-registered firms, contractors and suppliers for annual works contracts for financial year 2026–27.

Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 10:00 AM on 16 November 2026. Opening will take place the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Faisalabad, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. If the opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

Detailed bidding documents, technical specifications and eligibility criteria are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement will follow the Single Stage–Single Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024, as amended. Rates must be quoted on the prescribed official bid form uploaded to the portal.

Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost or value must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual or hard-copy bids and physical financial instruments will not be accepted. Incomplete, incorrect, corrupted, virus-infected or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the applicable procurement rules and regulations.
