Public Sector Tender CIVIL 03/2026 for Pipes, AC Units and Electrification Works, Islamabad

A public sector organization invites sealed, item-rate tenders under Tender Notice No. CIVIL 03/2026 from security-cleared civil works contractors and suppliers pre-qualified and enlisted with government or semi-government departments.

Pre-bid meetings will be held from 11 to 13 November 2026. Tender documents may be purchased from the office of the Head (GSW) on working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, between 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM. Applicants must submit a written application, the applicable tender fee and complete credentials. Documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience that meet the special conditions. No tender documents will be issued after the pre-bid meeting.

Tenders must be submitted 30 minutes before their respective opening times: 10:00 AM, 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM on 18 November 2026. Opening will take place at the office of the Head (GSW) in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Bid security must be furnished only through a CDR. Postal, telegraphic, fax, conditional and incomplete tenders will not be considered. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
