Ministry of Water Resources Islamabad Tender for IT Equipment, Stationery and Store Items

The Project Planning and Development Unit (PPDU), Ministry of Water Resources, Government of Pakistan, invites bids for the procurement of IT equipment, office stationery and miscellaneous store items on a Delivered Duty Paid basis in Islamabad for financial year 2026–27. Tender reference: 4(13)2026/27-Admin/PPDU.

Procurement will follow the Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Eligible bidders must submit bids for both lots; partial bidding is not permitted. Each lot will be evaluated separately, and conditional or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Bid security must be furnished in Pakistani rupees in the amount and form required by the bidding documents.

Bidding documents, specifications, eligibility requirements and terms are available free of charge through EPADS and the Ministry of Water Resources website at www.mowr.gov.pk. The notice is also available at www.ppra.org.pk.

Technical and financial bids must be submitted through EPADS. One original copy, with technical and financial bids in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked and identifying the lot, must also be delivered with bid security to the Sr. Contract Management Specialist, Project Planning and Development Unit, Ministry of Water Resources, 2nd Floor, FFC Building, 6-Ataturk Avenue, G-5/1, near old MNA Hostel, Islamabad.

The submission deadline is 15 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. PST. Bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. PST on the same day at the same address in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
