Punjab School Education Department E-Bids for PSSP School Rehabilitation in Central Zone

The Strategic Management Unit, School Education Department, Government of Punjab, invites electronic bids from firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for rehabilitation of dangerous PSSP school buildings under PEIMA in the Central Zone.

Technical and financial bids must be submitted online through Punjab's e-procurement portal by 11:00 AM on November 12, 2026. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Clause 38 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at 12:00 PM on November 2, 2026 at 11-A Lawrence Road, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

Bidding documents are available through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website. Each electronic bid must include a scanned copy of the bid security, and the original bid security must reach the office of the Project Director, Strategic Management Unit, School Education Department, Government of Punjab, on or before the bid submission time. The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder after correction of arithmetic errors; where figures differ, the unit rate will prevail and the total bid amount will be corrected accordingly.
