Punjab Emergency Services Department Tender for Tents and Gazebo Tents

The Government of Punjab, Emergency Services Department invites electronic bids from manufacturers and authorized distributors registered with the tax departments in Pakistan for the supply of tents. Tender reference: 13/26-27 (Reg.).

The total estimated procurement cost is PKR 8,155,650, with bid security of PKR 163,113, equivalent to 2% of the estimated value.

Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit complete bids with supporting documents using the PDF upload method at https://www.eprocure.gov.pk by 23 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM. Procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Bid security must also be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical financial instruments, including call deposit receipts, pay orders and bank guarantees, will not be accepted.
