Municipal Committee Pakpattan invites electronic bids from contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for 2026–27 and the relevant registration and tax authorities for the following development works.

Tender documents can be downloaded free of charge from the Punjab e-procurement portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically by 17 November 2026 at 1:00 PM and will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM.
Each bid must include the prescribed bid security in the name of Municipal Committee Pakpattan, in the form of a CDR. The first work will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or late bids will not be considered.
The successful lowest bidder must provide additional performance security if the quoted bid is more than 5% below the estimated cost, in accordance with government rules. Electronic bidding assistance is available through the Punjab e-procurement helpline at 1248.
