Punjab School Education e-Tender for School Building Rehabilitation in Bahawalpur, DG Khan and Multan

The Strategic Management Unit, School Education Department, Government of Punjab, invites electronic bids from firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for rehabilitation of dangerous PSS school buildings under PEIMA South Zone in Bahawalpur, DG Khan and Multan divisions.

Complete electronic bids must be submitted through https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ by 11:00 AM on November 12, 2026. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 2, 2026, at 12:00 PM at 11-A Lawrence Road, Lahore, Punjab.

Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Clause 38 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement system in the relevant works category. Bidding documents are available through the e-Procurement portal. A scanned copy of the bid security must accompany the electronic bid, and the original bid security must reach the department on or before the submission deadline.

The response period will be calculated from publication on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website, www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. The stated publication date is October 12, 2026.
