PAA JIAP Tender for Desiccant Dehumidifier MDC-1000 at Radar

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), Logistic Section at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), invites eligible bidders to submit electronic bids for the procurement of a Desiccant Dehumidifier (MDC-1000) for the DT Group at Radar. The procurement is planned for financial year 2026-27 under contract reference JIAP-CB105/06/HVAC and procurement reference P173529.

The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique under the Public Procurement Rules 2026. Bidders must comply with the bid-security or bid-securing declaration requirements in the bidding documents.

Bidding documents, specifications and terms are available through EPADS v2.0. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Vendor registration is available at vendors.epads.gov.pk.

Submission deadline: November 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM through EPADS v2.0. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
