PVTC Tender for 31.2 kWp Solar PV System Supply and Installation in Lahore

Punjab Vocational Training Council (PVTC), Government of the Punjab, invites encrypted electronic bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers or firms registered with the relevant authorities and tax departments for the procurement and installation of a solar PV system. Procurement will follow open competitive bidding through the Single-Stage, Two-Envelope Procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and Punjab e-Procurement Regulations.

Bidding documents containing specifications, quantities, evaluation criteria, and terms and conditions are available for free download at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ActiveTenders.aspx, https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ and the PVTC website, www.pvtc.gop.pk.

Interested bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). For registration assistance, contact mobile helpline 1248 or landline 042-1248. Encrypted electronic PDF bids must be submitted through https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/.

Submission deadline: November 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bid opening: November 19, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened publicly through the Punjab e-Procurement System at the PVTC address below, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

The PPRA tender page is https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website. If the submission or opening date falls on a public holiday or non-working day, the next working day will be considered the submission deadline at the same time.

An e-bid or proposal, including its entries and records, will be rejected if it is corrupt, cannot be accessed or contains a virus.

Bid security must be paid digitally through any bank in favour of “Vocational Training Council.” Locate the relevant tender on https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ and select the option to generate a PSID. Using the bank’s mobile application or corporate payment portal, access the 1Bill invoice option and process the PSID using prefix 267901430 with the PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Once paid, funds will be transferred through 1Link, and the payment will be automatically updated against the selected tender on the portal.

PVTC will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in preparing or submitting bids.
