District & Sessions Judge Bahawalnagar Solar System Tender 2026–2027

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Bahawalnagar invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of solar systems for the financial year 2026–2027. Bidders must be registered with the sales tax and income tax departments and comply with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

The single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will apply under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Fully completed, signed and stamped bids must be submitted through the e-portal at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 17 November 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM.

Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred by the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Bahawalnagar. Bid security, performance security and other financial instruments will not be accepted manually. If the scheduled opening date falls on a public holiday or an emergency occurs, bids will be opened on the next working day.
