District Health Officer Umerkot Tender for Medical Equipment and Furniture

The Office of the District Health Officer, District Umerkot, invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors on the active taxpayers list of FBR or SRB, whichever is applicable. The procurement covers medical equipment, machinery, medical devices, instruments, furniture, fixtures and other items for the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28.

The procurement will follow the Rule 46(2) Single Stage–Two Envelopes procedure. Bidding documents and detailed terms and conditions can be viewed or downloaded at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/.

Bids must be submitted through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Interested bidders must register at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration to submit electronic bids.

Bids prepared according to the bidding document instructions must be submitted on EPADS by 30 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The original instrument for the tender fee of Rs. 3,000, together with the fixed bid security applicable to the quoted items, must reach the procuring agency before the submission deadline.

Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. at Fatima Engineer Auditorium, Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU), Karachi.

If the government announces a public holiday or unfavorable circumstances arise, bid submission and opening will take place on the next working day at the same venue and times. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions of SPP Rules 2010.
