NESPAK E-Bids for HVAC Operation and Maintenance at NESPAK House Islamabad

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) invites electronic bids through EPADS 2.0 for the operation and maintenance of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system at NESPAK House, Islamabad. Procurement will follow the single-stage, single-envelope bidding procedure.

Eligible bidders must hold a Pakistan Engineering Council licence in category O-6 or higher relevant to the works or services, be registered with the Income Tax Department, and appear on the Federal Board of Revenue’s Active Taxpayers List.

E-bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available to registered bidders through EPADS at www.epads.gov.pk, the PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk, and the NESPAK website at www.nespak.com.pk.

Bids must include a bid security of Rs. 500,000 (five hundred thousand Pakistani rupees) in favour of NESPAK and must be submitted through EPADS by 13 November 2026 at 1500 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened at 1530 hours on the same day at the same address, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.

Bidders may offer discounts, provided these are included in their bids on EPADS. Copies of all documents required by the bidding documents must be uploaded through EPADS. The original bid security instrument for Rs. 500,000 must reach the office below by the bid submission deadline; otherwise, the bid will be rejected.

NESPAK reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 45 of PPRA, 2026.
