DG Immigration & Passports Tender for Vehicle PPF Installation and Land Cruiser Restoration, Islamabad

The Directorate General Immigration & Passports, an attached department of the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids through E-PADS V 2.0 from reputable firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and relevant Sales Tax Authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

Tender reference: 4/01/2026-27/PPF/Restoration/Log. The work is for the Directorate General Immigration & Passports Headquarters, Islamabad.

Bidding documents: Registered bidders can obtain detailed requirements, terms and conditions through E-PADS at https://pa.epads.gov.pk and www.dgip.gov.pk. Documents covering the hiring procedure, bid submission, bid bond/security, bid validity, opening, evaluation criteria, clarification and rejection of bids are also available at http://eprocure.gov.pk. Both lots must be executed in accordance with the bidding documents.

Submission deadline: Electronic bids prepared in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2026 and the bidding instructions must be submitted through E-PADS by 16 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.

Bid opening: Electronic bids will be opened through E-PADS on 16 November 2026 at 11:30 AM. If the scheduled day is a public holiday, bid submission and opening will take place on the next working day.

Procedure and security: The Single Stage One Envelope Procedure applies under the Public Procurement Rules (PPRA), 2004 and regulations and guidelines issued by PPRA from time to time. Bidders must upload the original bid security for the relevant lot on E-PADS V 2.0 when uploading their proposal and submit the physical original to the undersigned before the bidding deadline.

The notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted under Rule 65 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2026 is available at www.dgip.gov.pk, https://pa.epads.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. The Directorate General Immigration & Passports reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 46 of PPRA Rules, 2026.
